WAIFUTRASH.COM SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Available Shipping Methods

There are currently two primary methods of shipping: UPS and USPS.

UPS

UPS is the recommended shipping method for most products. Packages shipped via UPS include tracking and insurance as part of the shipping cost. Delivery times typically range from 2-4 days, depending on your location. If a package does not reach its destination, WaifuTrash.com will replace, reship, or refund your order.

USPS

Packages shipped via USPS are shipped without insurance unless otherwise specified. Once a package has left our facility, liability for successful shipment is assumed by USPS. WaifuTrash.com assumes no responsibility for delay or loss of packages within the USPS system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed directly with USPS.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS

For urgent orders, packages can be shipped via UPS Express or other priority postal services. These options include tracking and insurance. In the case of non-arrival, WaifuTrash.com will replace, reship, or refund your order.

PREORDERS

WaifuTrash.com charges the full amount of preorder products at the time of purchase to ensure your preorder item is reserved. When the preorder comes in stock, we will contact you to select your preferred shipping method and complete the shipping payment.

  • Preorders must have their shipping paid within 15 days of being notified to avoid delays.
  • If 30 days pass with no communication about shipping, WaifuTrash.com reserves the right to sell the item to another customer, returning your original payment as store credit.

If you have special instructions, such as shipping multiple items together, please contact our support team in advance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customers choosing shipping options without tracking and insurance (e.g., Basic USPS) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of such methods. WaifuTrash.com will not be held liable for non-arrival of packages shipped using non-trackable methods. By selecting these options, you waive your right to claim non-arrival.

Conversely, packages shipped via a trackable and insured method (e.g., UPS or Express) are fully covered, and WaifuTrash.com will replace, reship, or refund orders that fail to arrive.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations applicable to their shipping address.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be controlled or predicted by WaifuTrash.com. Contact your local customs office for further information.

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
